This product worked as described and slowed the growth of my zeon zoysia lawn. I used the recommended rate of 1/4 oz per 1k sqft for zoysia. It worked great, but I've since reduced it by half to 1/8 oz per 1k sqft, and I apply twice a month. Before using this, I was mowing about twice a week, and now only have to mow once every 2 to 3 weeks. The best part is that the lawn keeps that pristine "just mowed" look for a much longer time now, easily 1 week and sometimes even two weeks. It also made my lawn noticeably more dense, which is a very nice side-effect as it helps the lawn to fill in and prevents weeds from taking hold.I use many lawn care products on a regular basis, and this is hands-down the best one I've ever used. It's basically a life hack - this will pay for itself many times over in the time it saves you by allowing you to mow your lawn less frequently, and it makes your lawn look better as well.

Used this product on a 3 acre property that’s was being mowed every 10 days. It worked as intended and went to once a month mowings.

This was really great over the past two months slowing the growth of my Bermuda. I’ve only had to mow once and was was just to make it even thicker. After you spray on the grass it turns the grass a grey/green in about a week, then slowly starts turning greener. My neighbor told me he applies every 4 weeks. Worked well so far! Worth every penny to not mow grass so often. It’s amazing what just a little amount it takes. This gallon is enough to last me years

Stops vertical growth and makes the bermuda grass grow dense horizontally. I gave it only 4 stars because the bermuda grass has a bronze tint to it instead of green. It has been extremely hot up to 109 F and no rain for 5 weeks. I am on my 3rd application and in a normal year I think it would work better and I could give it 5 stars. With no rain and 100 degree temps even with a sprinkler system, the grass simply not growing. Mowing ever 2 weeks and hardly any grass to cut.

This product has done wonders for my lawn. I'm mowing less frequently and it's pushing the grass horizontally to fill in gaps. Definitely recommend.

Game changer for your lawn and your time spent mowing it. Used to have to cut my Bermuda grass every 4-5 days to keep it from getting too tall and leggy. Typically keep it around 1.5 inches. Now I can go a week and a half between cuts, and get thicker and darker green grass in the process. Not only this but when I did cut before I would have two large garbage bags of clippings, now I have half a bag. Edging can also be done every other mow now.The gallon will last several years at the correct application rate so I split it with my neighbor. The product is a no brainer. Easily worth the couple dollars a month for the couple hours it saves cutting the grass.
