Does the job well

In general, this isn't a bad product. It's sturdy, well made, well packaged, and does a good job of holding a webcam. Honestly though, I can't see how one can use this on a standard office style desk because it's just too big. There is no good place to put it that won't otherwise completely obscure your view of your monitor, and putting it off to one side really defeats the purpose. I ended up returning this item, but fortunately was able to get a refund. UPDATE 30 July 2025: Based entirely on my less-than-satisfied review of the Etour "desk" stand, one of their customer reps reached out to me to ask for more details on why I didn't think their product was appropriate for -standard- office desktop use. I provided lots of feedback which boiled down to it being too tall and bulky to sit in front of a monitor, and they said they'd keep that in mind for future design iterations. That said, they offered to send, at no cost to me, their "mini tripod" model. (I don't see it for sale here on Amazon, so it may be new.) It's not only capable of being adjusted to ultra-low height by splaying the tripod legs, it has head fittings for both cameras and cell phones. Or if one prefers, the tripod can be used headless if the device has a standard attachment screw. (My webcam does.) Frankly, it's perfect for my needs and lets me put my webcam just UNDER my otherwise humongous monitor, which tends to be a far more flattering viewing angle than from above, the usual location for most add-on webcams. Based on Etour's customer service, which I didn't even ask for, I'm rescinding my one star rating and boosting it to five. That said, I'm sure the stalk-stand works for some, but it didn't work for my specific situation.

It is easy to use. doesn' take up much room can ajust where you want the light an also how bright you want the light. would buy it again.

The stand arrived on time and in great shape. There was no problem with the easy assembly and it does exactly what was described. It's weighted well so the camera is steady. It does the job and the price was right - doesn't get better than that.

I got this for my stream setup. It holds my camera perfectly and I love how I can easily adjust height and angle/tilt to get the perfect position and locks in place. Very sturdy and secure but easy to maneuver when you need to. I’m going to get another one to hold my Elgato light. Absolutely recommend definitely worth the money!
