It's toooo good in my honest opinion compared to other chywanparash's available in the market by other brands. This one isn't Chywanparash but Chywanprashad (with natural sweetness) and no added sugar/jaggery, etc. It's great at this price. You'll feel warm after having a full spoon and make your immune system strong and helps change the taste of your tongue. It's not strong or sticky like other products.

It is ok for prediabetics but not good for Diabetics, within hal an hour I had a Blood glucose spike of 60units.
