Diamond Brite Paint Semi Gloss Latex Paint 1 Gallon in Pink Petals 22650-1

First time ever painting by myself at that, and I came across this paint that I used for my bedroom. Love the color of course! It did what it had to do with the 1 gallon being able to cover about three walls of different sizes that I wanted to paint in the room. The paint has been applied for almost a month now, it looks good; it has a slightly glossy shine to it as the name may indicate. Did it by myself with a little help, all I had to do was pour the paint and brush it onto the previously white wall. There was not any need to prime or mix the paint with anything else.

I will add a photo later on tonight if possible. I read a few negative reviews after I had purchased and was nervous. I applied one coat with a roller mostly and noticed streaking and spottiness however it dried very neat and even and covered very well without using a primer. I wish I had used a primer because a few dark spots I was trying to cover up can still be seen but even though the paint is thin the product covers as any other paint without primer would. I will do a second coat and hope the spot gets covered! Overall really nice paint.

Luck was involved as this is the first time I ever bought paint that perfectly matched the color on the monitor, and the original color of the room. The job came out perfectly. However, three coats were needed, even though it was the same color as the beat-up and patched wall The opacity and hiding power were not good. Low solids and low viscosity. If there was this much water in a food store chicken, you'd be on the phone to the USDA.

Never used this paint before but I loved it! It went on easy, didn't have an overwhelming smell, and I only needed one coat after primer!

I bought this paint to repaint some doors and patch up some spots in our old place. I found it to be well-packaged and easy to open (you'll need to use a fork or something that can remove the reinforcements off the lid, which are very easy to remove). The original color of the doors was a dark green which was permanent, and it only took about two to three thin coats to cover the green from showing through. The spots on the wall were concealed nicely, and this pain blended in with the gloss of the original paint, even though this pain is a semi-gloss. Also, this paint does not peel off (unlike the original paint that had chipped and peeled away), so those with children can feel at ease using this paint for their dwellings. I would use this paint again should I need to do another painting task.

I bought this pink color to paint my daughters room. Her walls were already primed and white, ready for this pink to go on... I did one coat and noticed how light and sheer it is.. never the less, this was a small bedroom but it took this entire gallon, every drop, to cover the walls and get it to even the lightest baby pink color. The first 2 coats was so light it still looked white.. Now that's it's done.. it's beautiful.. but would I buy it again? No. Too many coats & still not bright enough.

Good coverage. I do not recommend using it in a sprayer. The gloss is not as good in areas where I sprayed and back rolled. On the wall I painted just rolling, it looks amazing. I wish I rolled everything instead of spraying. The paint is like any other paint so far so good. My local store was completely out of gloss white so this was my only option.

The paint was supposed to be Fawn Beige but had a very pink cast and was not very high quality of paint.but the price was good, I had to mix other paint with it to make it usable as i did not want a pink room. I was told by a paint professional that beige often has this problem. The paint was a little thin so tended to drip more easily. LK
