I’ve personally seen great results drinking this creatine. The only minor issue that I have is that it doesn’t dissolve easily into room temperature water, so what I do is heat up my water a little bit and add the powder right away. If not, some of the powder will stay on the glass and I feel like it goes to waste. But I like it 👍🏻
