I really like this compression sleeve. It was tighter at first but after a few months of occasional wear it has loosened up a bit. It doesn’t slide down or anything but it’s just not as compression-y as it initially was. I’ve had knee problems for years and I traditionally use a Velcro strap one that has an open knee cap hole.Hoping to find something a little less bulky that would do the trick just as that one does. This is less bulky and I will continue to use it as needed but when my knee is really hurting and really needs a lot of support I have to go back to the one with the Velcro straps. That one’s a little more bulky but what I really need it I have to use that one. This is good for everyday support for when my knee is not hurting but I’m trying not to tweak it.

I don't know much about knee pain. I assume that here are different kinds of pain with different causes. But it has helped me.Specifically, I would have moderate knee pain after 20 minutes of biking. Now I can bike 40 minutes and only develop minor knee pain. I went for a jog with one knee brace on my worse knee, and it did not develop any pain even though my other knee began to hurt.I'm removing one star because the brace rides down my leg when I jog, forcing me to readjust it every few blocks. However, the brace stays in place while I'm biking.

I just got my knee sleeves.. I see some kind of dust or fungus on it .. rest of it is good... it fits perfectly on knees.

Somehow they managed to make these sleeves hurtingly tight (I bought a size according to my leg diameter) but keeping their capacity to constantly slide down. Used them for 2-3 times and gave up on them. I hope I get inspired and find them another use than landfill material.
