These insoles feel rock hard to touch so I was a bit worried about wearing these for my plantar fasciatis, expecting them to hurt my feet, but they feel very comfy in my shoes (when worn with socks). I have been recommended these to correct my flat footedness as I've been getting knee pain when walking. I do so much walking daily with my job and two dogs, always on my feet. First day with these and the support on my arch feels great, plus like I mentioned they don't feel hard or uncomfortable either. So far so good! Most other insoles I've tried don't seem to have as much of an arch as these, so these seem really good and a great price too!

Amazing! I have a flat medial arch, with bunions & this works like magic! Although this feels hard & looks uncomfortable, but you couldn’t be further from the truth…! It works well, and I have little to no pain after using it. It fits into almost all of my covered shoes, even covered dress shoes; although you may have to size up a bit if the shoe is particularly snug. I’ve used the adhesive-backed smaller silicone inserts, but those were much more uncomfortable & didn’t really do much. But this insole is well worth the money & I am so glad I bought it. Yet to see how durable it is, but so far it’s looking good!

Half insole to support painful feet. Bought becasue was experiencing pain in midstep and shoes alone were not supportive enough. Half insole left enough room in my shoes for my toes to remain comfy while my arch was supported. Eased pain comfortably and effectively until were no longer required.

These are well made and solid but they give me blisters underneath my heels. I find them uncomfortable to wear. They may suit others!

I've been in absolute Hell with my poor feet for a few years now and have tried so many things to try to make them less painful, with little to no effect..... Until now. I had a thought about high arches and the fact that for years I've used cheap shoes with hardly any arch support. Well, I bought these on a whim and to my amazement my foot pain has stopped, almost over night. The pain used to travel into my calf muscles too and cause numbness and fatigue. This has gone too, I kid you not. I strongly recommend that if you have quite high arches then get some of these to help support your feet. Oh, and buy better shoes too. I got some Sketchers, and coupled up with these supports it's like walking on clouds. I can absolutely recommend this product with all my gratitude and thanks attached to it too. Rock 'n' Roll! 😍

Bought these to give them a go as I’ve struggled to find arch supports that are comfortable and fit my shoes nicely. Very pleased to say these fit in most of my sports trainers. They are not cushioned but the height of the arch has relieved my foot pain. They are good quality and have massively reduced the pain I was in from having fallen arches.

Tengo mycho hueco. Quisa en la foto no se ve pero al pisar noto mucho Apollo. Las puse debajo de las plantillas originales. De momento he probado en los ugg (eso sí en este tipo de calzado se puede poner solo encima) y deportivas. Va genial. Primer día ande por casa y si es verdad que tuve dolor en el pie, porque con esta parte nunca apollaba. Pero el día siguiente ande con ellas y bien. En tacones todavía no he probado, pero para calzado plano es una maravia.

EXCELLENT so far!!!! I was a little skeptical to buy these. I have an extreme case of over-pronating. It's so bad that every medical pair of orthopedic insoles I've had made don't work because the edge pushes into the side of my foot causing extreme pain. I'm waiting for, yet another pair specifically made for me & in the meantime I saw these. The reviews were good & so I gave it a shot. I can usually tell within a few steps if they'll work. I was pleasantly surprised by how good my feet felt, especially the right. They are giving enough support to keep ankle from rolling inwards to much. I am wearing them all day today, so far so good. My left arch is hurting a little, but that's mostly from not having used any shoes in the house. I think I will be purchasing a second pair. I really like that they are not full foot so it gives me more options as to what shoe I want to wear.
