Works very well.
At first it made my nose sore but as it softened a little it is fine now. Tried several nasal devices over the years and this is very good. The first type I had years ago worked great but cannot buy them anymore.

Sharp Edgest
The material is stiff and will hold the nose open. However, the design has sharp edges and will cut the nose from the inside, which will cause micro bleeding.I tried other style products and they all were better than this one

DIDN'T REALLY WORK FOR ME
No size fit me too comfortably. The one that did fit did not open my nose sufficiently. But that's just me--they may work for you.

Kind of works but painful!
I did notice that they do help me breathe better through my nose at night, but none of the sizes fit comfortably and they ended up causing a painful sore in my nose from the hard plastic. I like the idea, but I feel like silicone would be more comfortable.

Great for snoring
Helps with snoring at night. The variety pack is great because it has different sizes. Sometimes it slips out, but could be that I didnt pick the correct size.

JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED
Comfortable and stays in place, the sample pack helps to figure out best fit, the large works well and the extra large is a bit to big I wish they had a size in between. That said I have tried the other style expanders and nasal strips, these worked the best!

Not a good product to help you breathe
This product doesn't work. It doesn't fit right and it has sharp edges that make you nose sore inside. Bypass this one and buy the other one on Amazon. It's a much better product and doesn't hurt your nose.

More effective than cone-shaped nasal dilators
I've used the cone-shaped nasal dilators for a couple of years due to chronic congestion in my nasal passageways. I am a nose-breather and need to be "open" to get better sleep. The cone-shaped ones were ok, but I decided to try these. I am very HAPPY that I did! I find that these stay in place better and provide more effective opening to help me breath for quality sleep. These are pricier than the cone-shaped ones though, which I will keep as back up. My preference now is definitely these, and worth the price.
