This product gave me cramps. The bottle states to take (2) capsules daily which means it's 1460 mgs daily. I will try taking 1 a day and see if it makes a difference. Perhaps it's the brand or the purity but regardless these made me sick.

I’m ordering this for 3 years now it makes me fill good while at work it relaxes me. Combined with electrolytes cause I'm working under the sun.

The product is good. But over time the capsules lose their effect. They can offer a 60 Capsule Bottle instead of a 120 bottle.

I have been suffering from mid-back dorsal pain for the last 3-4 years. Went to several doctors, had an MRI, CT scan, and blood tests, but nothing serious was found.
