Not a doctor, but I use these before going out into crowded places or on flights, and along with a mask, I've not had a hint of sickness. Could be coincidence, but the peace of mind is nice.

Hard to prove it's definitely working, but I had a situation recently where I was in a high-risk environment and didn't have a mask with me. I was sure I was going to get sick but I didn't!

Anyone buying this DEFINITELY does not want a bottle that may have been touched, or worse, used by someone else. Arrived open on the bottom, no protective anti-tamper plastic encasement. Uhg

These arrived individually packaged and sealed. I noticed some reviews mentioned package being opened but no issues here. This works well to moisturize my nasal passages.
