Was a little skeptical buying this product wasn't sure how the dogs would do with it or how much it would be better than just using a towel to wipe there paws, and I have to say i am thoroughly impressed!!! So I have 4 dogs 2 medium/ large breed and 2 small breed the biggest being around 80lbs and her paw fits up to her dew claw, if your dogs are bigger this might be a little small for their paws, The dogs don't mind it at all well not any more than just using the towel, works pretty quickly my favorite part is how clean there paws are afterwards and how easy it is to clean out! Great design, Easy to use and charge, as long as the battery keeps charging I'm sure i will be using this product for a long time!

Looks pretty BUT it doesn’t work, we bought it just before we moved into a new house ( our mistake) and didn’t have a chance to use it until we unpacked our things which was 35 days later which was 5 days to late , now we can’t even exchange it. Never recommend this product. Amazon should have at least replaced the product. 😡

Worked great for about 8 months, then stopped working for no reason. Fully charged, light comes on but nothing happens, no spin, no motor sound. For the price, I was expecting it to last several years. Very disappointed

This is a game changer when it comes to messy paws! Our puppy doesn't mind it at all which is good since she likes to be outside a lot. Mud, dirt, grass etc. are easily washed away without much fuss which leaves me happy that my floors stay clean and she doesn't get cranky when I use it. It's easy to use, just add water and turn it on. The handle has a good grip and it is easy to use your thumb to turn on the paw.

Well I also had an issue with it coming and not working. The light turned on but nothing. Thankfully it's Amazon prime and a day later got my replacement.This one works fine, turns well. If you have the normal cup, this has finer bristles, and it's about two thirds the depth of the regular cup; but is wider.I have a bigger dog than most, a German shepherd.I like this for general walks as it's a quick dip of the paw and we good. But for walks in the park where the grass stains are all the way up, this may be difficult. When I try to wash the upper part and dip my hands for the water, it stops the spin so the base starts... You can always get wipes but than again we got this cause we lazy and don't feel like wasting wipes.So I think it depends on the dog size and how far up you want it cleaned.But thus far no issues with the replacement

Doberman paws are just a little too big. He is on the larger size of the breed so his paws are closer to great Dane size. This product is pretty awesome really. It's rechargeable, light weight for what it is. the handle makes it easy to hold with arthritic hands.

I like how it was scrubbing my lab's paws. The soft bristles on the sides did the job. It is just too small for my lab's paws. Because it can hold little water, the water gets dirty right away. If you have dogs as large as labs, then this is not for you. Battery lasted a long time. I thought I would need to charge it frequently but I used it several times and did not experience dying on me while using it. I was just cautious it would lose battery so I would charge it frequently. Then the unthinkable happened. I don't know how and why but it just started not being able to spin the drum. At first, it sounded like the spinner was not powerful enough to spin the drum so it would make a sound like the blender that wouldn't spin. Then, it just totally died. Used it for barely 2 months. I wouldn't recommend it for big dogs and due to the lack of quality.

Love this so much. The handle with on off button is so much easier than any other paw washer I tried. Love that it automatically switches direction. Easy to clean.
