It's easy to get on, the strap is flexible. The metal part is quite strong and the writing is clear

The metal part is very distinctive and clearly legible. The strap is thin and made of a silicon? which has a small buckle - fidgety piece of kit. Worse still, it rotates around the wrist and often buckle becomes loose and bracelet falls off! I shall be looking for something more secure as it potentially has a life saving function to prrform.
