We are finally using this! After reading a lot of reviews and spending way too much time I got this for our camper. It is very light weight! It is extremely quiet unless it's dropping ice. It makes the cubes very fast. We love being able to restock the cooler and have ice in the freezer without venturing out to buy a bag. Highly recommend!!!

I recommend buying this ice maker. It's easyyo use and it puts out ice faster than expected. Also received ice maker in a timely manner.

This ice machine is overall really good, it makes ice pretty quickly! With a decent amount of ice storage for the price.But the reason I took a star off it because of the sensor that blocks the machine from making more ice when it thinks it is full:There’s a sensor on top of the Ice storage which helps the machine know when the ice storage is full.But if there’s a tiny square of ice that gets stuck on the sensor line; the machine stops making ice. Even if the storage is not full.If they could maybe put the sensor line higher? Or not make any space for ice cubes to get stuck on edge near it then it would be 5 stars.Otherwise on a positive note, I have been using it since 3 months and it is going strong

It works quick and it’s an awesome machine. It makes the ice right away. You have no problem you leave it on and it will if it melts or whatever it will redo the ice and we’ll go again and call no problem. I love it..

Okay let me start with the whole idea of having a countertop ice maker sounds really cool! In reality it's just really not functional and is a gimmick! Don't get me wrong it will make ice within 6 to 7 minutes. But the quality of ice is lacking seriously! Even on the larger size Ice Cube it is very small! Smaller than the average normal Ice Cube! Along with that the Ice Cube comes out very very wet and not very frozen like a normal Ice Cube! Using the ice cubes will result in any drink to be deluded being that it melts very fast! Even if you have a beverage that has been in the refrigerator it melts quickly watering down your beverage! If you're going to use this ice for anything that has not been refrigerated beforehand it will melt immediately and leave you nothing but watered down or diluted beverage! As the basket gets slightly full the ice cubes at the bottom are literally melting away to nothing and the water from the melting is being recycled to make new ice cubes that are already melting coming out! I let the machine continue on to try to make a full basket of ice only to bag the ice to put in the freezer. That resulted in one big block of what looks like frozen melted ice being that the ice cubes are so wet coming out of the basket they all freeze together in one big block of ice! Yeah the concept seems really cool yet it's nothing more than a gimmick! Probably will be sending it back for a refund. Additionally the basket storage area is not well insulated so yes the ice melts even quicker being that it's not refrigerated or keeping cold! If you're intending to use these for alcoholic beverages probably not the best decision! If you're a bourbon or whiskey Drinker and like ice in your drink this will seriously water it down very very fast. That goes basically for anything you put this ice in even if it's been chilled or served at room temperature! I'm not all down on countertop ice makers yet I think one as this is is very cheap and you get what you pay for something that does not work very well at all! I would give it serious thinking to purchase this and waste your time resulting with wet ice and watered down beverage drinks! Oh yeah I live in Florida too and have my air conditioning on inside the house. So if you're going to use this Outdoors or in a warm house forget about it.

**UPDATE**It’s 3 months in and it’s still going strong with no problems whatsoever. I’m still in love with this icemaker. Just found out I can use 3 gallon water bottles on top to auto fill the reservoir (see photo) which makes an already excellent product even better! I only wish I could give it 10 stars!!!This is at least my fourth countertop ice maker. I’ve had 2 bullets, a nugget (Sonic ice) and now this one that produces square cubes. This he is an absolute GAME CHANGER. It’s whisper quiet..the only noise o ever hear is that of the ice dropping. I only hear that when the collection basket is empty. The water reservoir and collection basket have oversized capacity so I’m not constantly having to refill the water tank and clear the ice from the basket like with previous machines. The ice itself ejects as a rectangular, segmented single “sheet” of cubes that are easily broken apart with the scoop or an ice pick. The cubes produced are SOLID and come out completely frozen vs. others that have holes in the middle or come out feeling very wet. They don’t melt in my drinks whereas previous models melted the second they hit my glass. I put ice in my tumbler around 10pm and there’s still ice the next day (12 hours later). If you’re not familiar with countertop ice makers, this is unheard of! It has a timer you can program, as well as a genius feature that allows you to shorten or increase the standard 13 minute intervals between ice dumps. This means the ice has more more time to freeze making it harder and last longer. The ice in the basket stays frozen for hours! It’s a complete game changer…

Anthony Hamilton..... Amazing. Amazing. Oh yeah. If you like ice like I do.... Which is a lot .... This is the one for you. For real. Easy clean. Fast return. Do not use tab water. The better quality of water you use the better return on your ICE endeavor.
