Arrived damaged and very uncomfortable sofa bed. Sent back!

For the price it serves its purpose beautifully. The arm attachment is a little flimsy but that’s the only complaint I have. It’s quite firm but it’s comfortable. Good value for money. I got this when it was with a good discount.

Hi, firstly I bought this in the black faux leather version and was a little nervous about what I would receive. There were no previous reviews and I was a bit worried about buying a piece of furniture without any bearing on comfort etc. Delivery: They apparently offer delivery to a room of your choice. We had a single driver who was very pleasant but if i didn't help him he would have struggled as the package is too big and bulky to handle by one person. May cause frustration if you planned on the package delivered upstairs. Not sure if this would have been possible with one person delivering. Packaging It's fully boxed, which is annoying. You have to pretty much destroy the entire box to get all the items out. Which may cause you issues if you ever have to return the item. There are no instructions, or any paperwork of any kind. The fire resistant lab fell off during taking the sofabed out the box. Not really a big deal. Self assembly The only thing you have to do is assemble the arms to the main sofabed unit. Do not try to fit the arm hinge on to the sofabed hinge. Instead with the help of another person lift the sofabed onto the hinge on the arms. It will click in nicely if manoeuvred correctly. Quality/Comfort The seat is quite firm to sit on and ironically the lower half is more comfortable so I would recommend a topper when in bed mode. There were some poor stitches and some broken stitches on delivery. Hoping it lasts a little while as it should be rarely used. The hinge mechanism does work well when converting to sofa to sofa bed modes. Value The price of these sofabeds are insanely volatile. I picked this at around £250 then next day it was £699 and then day after £460! For something like this from a more more established store some asked for £1800! Albeit with some storage solutions. Overall The depth is 97cm and there is a noticeable gap from wall to back of backrest (we use the space to hide our pillows away. Whilst it has some quirks and not sure of its long term durability I would say for the price we paid it was very good. £240 vs £1800 from Sofology us a no brainer!

Great Material, Easy to put together, very comfortable, easy to put into bed mode and back into sofa mode, I store my bedding in vaccum bags at the back on the sofa (sofa back upright). Delivery guys moved it into my house with ease.
