The only issue faced is that the instructions say that it can only be kept in the microwave for 80 seconds. That implies that the heat is only for a few minutes.

This heat pack is amazing. It heats well and is fantastic relief for minor pain. Such great value for money too. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend❣️

Received a heat bag that was unstitched and the box was full of wheat on receiving the item. Terrible product and no follow up service

Loved the packaging & presentation of item but disappointed to find the fabric is not ‘cotton’ as advertised, they fail to mention it’s a polyester/man made fibre with cotton. On the box it states it is a 100% natural productI which is incorrect. I feel the description should reflect this so it’s clear to consumers as I would not have purchased it in the first place if I’d known it wasn’t cotton. The box was dented on delivery so unable to give as a gift. There is no option to return to company so feel I’ve wasted money & had to buy another gift to replace this one

To replace an old worn out heat pack years old and no longer effective. This heat pack is of a decent size and made of quality material to hold the contents. Contents are plentiful which gives this pack some weight so it stops in place where you put it. Retains heat when microwaved as expected. Used for relief of a knee problem. Chose the option that included lavender which when heated has that lovely scent and calming effect. If this pack lasts anywhere near a long as the previous one it will be well worth the money. Overall a good price for this item and I am not disappointed in the purchase. This heat pack came in its own box, therefore it would make an ideal gift for someone. Whilst these heat packs are often purchased to help with pain and muscle relief, they could equally be used generally as a "hottie for such as bed warming or just warming up yourself at other chilly times. Uses are endless.

Localised application of heat to pain site, comforting not efficacious in pain reduction obviously, it is not a medical device. Also works fine as a non leaking hot water bottle keeps its heat quite well.
