Shrinks with the meat so is good for dried sausages
Nice firm casing, didn't split while stuffing. Was able to make some nice chorizo and it shrunk with the meat while drying. Did not bond to the salami but that might be because my fat content was too high. I will try it on a leaner mix next time and see. Very easy to use, just soaked in warm water about 10 minutes before stuffing.

Works well for smoked, poached or sous vide sausages.May be a little tough for some folks but easy to peel off before serving.

These work. Easy to follow instructions. Size seems abit small so order up. They're fairly sturdy and no nubbyness. Easy to fit onto stuffer. Goof quality and value.

Great casings
Let them soak in the water for an hour, these worked great! I recommend these casings and will buy them again.

Tuff casing.
These are terrible sausage casings. The casing is extremely tuff and impossible to chew.

Easy to use, worked well
These work well except I got a little too large for just regular sausages. I'll have to get smaller next time, but they worked really well for Cajun boudin.
