Q: Why can’t the lids go in the freezer?

Both the lids and containers are safe to use inside the freezer. It is important that cooked food is completely cooled down and any condensation which has formed in the lid is wiped off before placing in the freezer. This is because condensation can form into ice in between the edges.

Q: Would these fit in a ninja air fryer?

Yes in most of them remember not to put lids in.

Q: Does a small container (with the lid on) fit inside a big container and can you also close the lid of the big one?

Yes, the small container fits perfectly inside the big container with the lid on. In fact, that's how you will receive it in an Igluu labeled box. Hope this clarifies!

Q: Can you microwave with the lid on or not?

When using containers in the microwave, please ensure the lid is loose with a gap to allow steam to escape. If the lids are clicked down, pressure can build up causing the containers to lose their shape. Hope this clarifies!
