La Crosse Technology WT-3161BK 16 Inch Stainless Steel Atomic Clock, Analog, Silver

This clock is easy to read, keeps good time, and sets itself for Daylight Savings Time. The stainless steel looks great in my kitchen with my stainless steel appliances. A nice big clock for a low price. Everyone needs at least one analog clock in their house!

This clock is large and very visible across the room! I especially like that it is atomic so I don’t have to change the time and batteries are to last for years! Perfect!

I took it out of the box, put three AA batteries in it and set the switches for DST and P for Pacific time and it started setting itself immediately with hands moving quite fast. It paused for a while when then hands showed midnight but started setting itself again but slower to the current time of 2:30 PM. It keeps perfect time with the local time on the computer (Internet), and my smartphone.

This is a good clock, and it would have received five stars had they packed it and shipped it better. This clock seems to ship directly from the manufacturer/importer and is mailed in the box that it's packed in at the factory, no padding or etc. is used.First clock I got had a broken glass, second one was lost, third one was fine. I'm not sure if the lost clock was due to the shoddy packaging but it probably was.The clock itself does work quite well, it keeps accurate time, and is quiet. It also has an "atomic" function which is supposed to get time from a radio signal - this hasn't worked for me yet but that's probably because of the construction of my house. I have been too lazy to leave it outside but I might once it warms up and gets drier. I do wish this worked indoors without issues but I guess that's a technical limitation/is contingent upon your house's construction.It's easy to mount on a wall, I used a single screw and it's held up without any issues.Overall, if you need a good, AA-battery powered clock, this is a good option. Just hope that they have either improved their flimsy packaging or will pack it in a bigger box with some padding.

We have several of these wall clocks.They look expensive, are easy to read, and keep perfect atomic time all by themselves.Despite having a second hand the clock is completely silent.The biggest surprise is how long the batteries last. The 3 battery models are said to last 6 years before changing batteries and I believe it. Quality throughout.

Update -- 3 stars. In approximately May, the clock just decided to set itself correctly. So, I have to adjust my 1-star to 3. Clock looks pretty good, works well when the time is constant, but needs a working manual set feature for when the radio isn't getting the right information. I'm wondering what will happen when the time changes again, but at least the next change will be in the opposite direction so I can use a different timezone to cheat.I bought this clock at Christmas and had 3 months of flawless service... right up till the DST change. It will not react to the time change, and as I live in the eastern time zone, I can't select a different one to trick it into showing the right time. The "manual set" feature that is advertised doesn't actually exist, and the "DST set" feature, similarly, does not work. Sure, the buttons are there, but they do not function as advertised. Sounds like if I pay to ship it back to them, I could get another that has a chance of working, but rather than spend the 7 bucks on shipping, I'll just go down the street to the store and buy a regular clock that works. I suppose I can put this clock back up for 6 months of the year... or re-gift to someone moving westward.

This clock is easy to read from a distance. It's very simple looking. Blends with any style. It's quiet, good value for the money and accurate. We love this clock.
