Such a lovely Yoga Mat! I’m so glad I scored this through Warehouse deals, it’s wonderful quality & has great grip. I can do all of my yoga poses with ease, mountain climbers, and squats to. Very happy with my purchase. I will say it isn’t as soft as my previous mat- but if I’m doing floor body strength exercises & I need a bit more comfort, then I just throw this over top of my softer mat & it’s perfect. The design is beautiful to!

Justo lo ideal para los clases de yoga, si patrón me ayuda muchísimo en la corrección de posiciones, y el diseño es muy bello. Al principio me resbalaba mucho, pero con el uso de va quitando, nada exagerado. Lo recomiendo mucho.

it protects your knees with its sponginess
This mat has a certain sponginess that makes it pleasant for your knees and also has a good grip. I find it comfortable and like that it doesn't stretch out of shape, as in lengthen at inappropriate moments like some thicker mats.
