Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Looks amazing. You have to make sure you tighten to 90% as you put it fully together, then go back around and fully tighten. Some of the screws I thought were 90% were more loose after I came back around. This is probably why people say its "filmsy". Once tightened properly, this thing is SUPER STURDY. I am very happy. The price is a little steep for what it is.

IT DID NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS!!! I had to find them online. My previous review had a link to the site but the review got rejected I am assuming because of the link. Full disclosure: I paid a handyman to put this together. I strongly dislike assembly unless it's very few steps and short. It took us around 3 hours to get this thing assembled. One, no instructions I had to find them and it definitely takes 2 people to get this done. Lots of pieces and bolts, not clear which of the benches goes on top of which legs (that's quite important because they are not the same). My handyman can put things together instinctively so he barely glanced at the instructions but we did get the legs wrong and had to start over on that. All the above being said, it is a high quality bench that can sit 4 adults comfortably. If you're going to use it as a dining bench, please make sure your table is no longer than 47". Mine is 45" and it is perfect. Optimal height for a table for me was 29" but I think 30-31" might work too.

The engineering of this thing is off. All of the drill holes ate at an anhle that only allows you to turn them a quarter of the way at a time. Even the smallest of ratchets don't fit. Simple but because of that it takes HOURS to assemble. Beautiful product though, personally if I could choose something else with easier assembly I woild choose something else. But alas I'm not going through the issues of returning this behemoth. Finished product is awesome just to be clear

Everyone guest coming at my house loves this! Good color! Goes with a lot of furniture. Perfect Value for money! Was not very hard to assemble. Very comfortable as well.

Worth the investment!! I went back and forth on getting this for our kitchen and am go glad i did. We LOVE IT. My brother in law is a bigger man and can sit on this comfortably being over 300 pounds. Is a sturdy chair and looks great.

Had to return it. Open up on the wrong side. But this was very nice.

Terrible build experience. I’m guessing why this is marked as a frequently returned items. There are multiple pieces that can only be used with a hex screw driver, moving a quarter turn at a time. You can’t fit a drill. Then later in the process, you HAVE to use a drill with a long bit to create holes and drill in the legs. Very poorly designed, I’d be embarrassed if I were the company selling this item. Finished product looks decent, but it very hard/stiff.

Easy to put together and the color matched perfectly with my beige wall and wood floors. I didn’t measure my space right so having it in L form was too tight for my dining area, so I loved that you can separate the pieces. It actually worked out because I can put out a folding table in front of the spare when there’s more guests. I would like to push them together to make a single long bench but the heater vent is right between them. Overall happy with my purchase!
