CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

I love this exam book so much, I am now certified & I still have this I still look back it just reread it. It has seriously possibly everything you could go over it has charts in the front for like everything & has practice exams through out the chapters & 2 big practice exams at the end comes with a CD (that I still haven't even opened) but yeah I love this exam book so much, I feel like your not confident enough about taking your test or just need a study guide this is it, you need to but this!!! Pictures & literally explains everything!

Just as every school system tries and struggles to impart standardized core curriculum to students, so does the CNA school. This book should be part of required reading, as it will offer some material that may have been omitted in class. We all learn differently, and with this field becoming one of the most needed in our aging demographic, it is a vital addition to the supplements available in this exploding field. There may be other book suited to different levels of students who wish to become LPNs, however for CNA's who wish to complete this phase of their education, I found this course material a very complete review source. Summary I took the CNA class in June of 2012 pass the clinical in August 2012. But my fall semester started and I had no time to fit in studying for the CNA exam I then gave my books away to a girlfriend who was taking the CNA course that same fall... I told my self once the semester is over I would study on winter break ... Ha ha not even winter break came and went so I was like ok now the spring semester is soon coming and I don't have time to fit in CNA so I gave myself a week to study's or the exam, I scheduled my test for that Friday in the same week ... So I would read the book , then I test my self with the DVD that came with the book and then did a review with the end of chapter quiz lol I just read it quiz over and over again ...my girlf friend took the test WITH OUT THE CNA CRAM BOOK AND FAIL SO... I JUST READ THE BOOK AND PASSED MY FIRST TIMEKEY TIPs: just high light the bullets and pay attention to the end of chapter quiz. Then use the practice DVD ... This book work like a charm ...

I'm a BSN graduate from a foreign country. I bought this book because I want to challenge nursing assistant exam which is by next week while waiting for my documents to finish by the BON. its just 200 over pages,and the content is just perfect for me. The content are very easy to understand. There is a quiz every chapter. And there is a note or key points that I should remember.Though some content are not really precise, like the normal range of temp. Its only 98.6 where in fact it should be 97 to 99. But its alright since I have that in mind but its still its best to add it on the book. I thought the exam in DVD is a different exam but its the same content with the book. I wish they add more questions on that DVD. So far, i could give it a 4 star!Update: I took my exam yesterday and nailed it!

Hi I bought this book to study for my upcoming written test that i will be taking soon, i will challenge the test. this book is very help full and i do recommend it is helping me a lot I know I'm gonna be able to pass the test thanks to Linda Whitenton and Marty Walker for creating and writing the book.this book has help lots of people from all the comments I've read. I really like this book it was simple and straight to the point. It had a lot more skills than what I was tested on, but for the money this is a great buy and its easy to take around because it's so compact. I totally reccomend this book to anyone to aid them in preparing for their state exam.

The product review said it was free of writing and a C.D. was included new never open but that wasnt the case. Im sure this book would help me pass my test but im also sure riding in my car listening to the C.D. would have helped more since im on the go alot.

Very fast shipping. The book was in excellent condition. The book is easy to follow and will help you learn what you need to learn to be an excellent CNA. I got the book to help me learn about the job and what I would be expected to do, I start a CNA course in March and can not wait. I am glad I got this book so I will have some basic knowledge in my head, when I start classes. I highly recommend this book.
