I would use this indoor only. Use a keypad for outdoors.

Q: Has anyone else had a hard time getting this to work? It will flash but I’ve pushed it 3x as the directions say and can’t get it to sync.

Both of mine worked right away, then one started flashing and never worked again… wasted a lot of time trying to get it working

It needs to be wired to the opener.

Q: Will this work with Chamberlain garage door opener model B970?

I believe it will work any chamberlain door.
