Is there a heat element over shoulder area?

Yes, I bought it for my mum and she loves it. Would definitely recommend. There are 3 settings on it from memory. I hope that helps

Do you have wireless heat pads ?

Sorry no Paul. The item I reviewed is wired although you can separate the item from its cables so theoretically, once hot, you can unplug it to move around. I'm not sure how long the heat would last though.

I bought for my mum who was having problems with her neck. She says it was very warming didn’t say it was too hot. Sorry that’s all I can say. It’s very soft material

Does it have to be plugged into socket to turn on or could you use it going for walk?

Hello, this needs to be plugged in to create heat- which is the one major downfall of this item. So it’s great if you are sitting on the sofa but not so good if you want to keep warm & moving at the same time. Generally this product works really well, heats up quickly & to a good heat that works to relax muscles.
