can it be used on fleece?

I don't think it will work on fleece. I use it on my throw rugs, couch which is a micro suede fabric and my frieze carpet. It doesn't work on knits, terry towels. It snags the fabric.

With this tool being sharp, would it damage Polyester fabric?

The tool is not sharp to the touch. I works great on sheets, carpet and some fabrics. I don’t think it works well on polyester.

Can you re-sharpen the copper head if it becomes dull?

It's not a copper head - it's velcro-like

Can you use it on berber carpet?

No, it doesn’t work on Berber. It snags.
