I am seeing some review photos of cutout holes which is dislike. Are there cut-out holes?

Hiya. There are no cut-out holes. The screen protector is one solid piece that goes over the camera lense too. I’m not too sure about other models, but I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max and I bought the matt screen protector. Where the cover goes over the camera, that but is clear and not matt. I love this product as it’s nice and sturdy. Hope this helps.

How do I get a replacement as it’s chipped in the side when putting it on yesterday
