The best Dukkah for me! Balanced, refined, simply wonderful. The amount of hazelnut is just right to me. 10/10!

This is a great mixture of nuts, seeds and spices, and when added to food, gives it a little bit of a crunch and a nice aromatic smell.

I added Dukkah to a tomato-based broth with mussels. Soo good, and mild enough that it didn't overpower the broth and mussels. I did add some cayenne pepper to the broth to give it a little kick as the Dukkah was not very spicy tasting. I would buy this again.

I find this dukkah to be too cumin forward and does not contain as high a percentage of nuts as I am accustom to.

This complex blend of nuts and spices tastes great on so many foods that it’s hard to describe. I sneak it plain from a spoon and although it’s a ground spice mix and clearly not made to be consumed and enjoyed straight, the flavors are fabulous applied directly to the tongue!

While I’ve made Dukkah several times and purchased some from various sources, this one is the best I’ e found, including my own. The texture makes it easy to sprinkle on pita or labneh and the use of Oregon hazelnuts pushes the flavor over the top.

I toast naan bread and then slather it with a good quality olive oil and then scatter some of this on top…. Delicious with a soup or a salad.
