The item arrived exactly as pictured in a nice little box with a thsnk you card (the English on the card is obviously a non English speaker.The design is delicate and well made. It also came with a small claw clip that might be useful in conjunction with the barrette.This was purchased as a gift and arrives ready to give as a gift.The barrette is a medium size, not too big. It will look lovely in my daughter-in-laws chestnut brown hair.
