DEFECTIVE HOOKS AND FARUD RETURN POLICY
THE HOOKS ON THIS ITEM ARE LOOSE...WHEN HUNG USING THESE HOOKS THE MIRROR TILTS TO THE RIGHT SIDE...AS THE RIGHT SIDE HOOK HAS LESS TENSION THAN THE LEFT SIDE HOOK. THE ITEM SHOWS 30 DAYS RETURNABLE BUT WHEN I GO TO RETURN AFTER 20 DAYS IT SAYS RETURN PERIOD IS OVER AND DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN

Likes: -very easy to use -mirrors actually seem to enlarge the reflection to your eye, I assume for better precision when cutting/fading - visibility is much more comfortable thanks to the width of the mirrors -Adjustable height for virtually anyone -nice and compact, I actually leave it hanging on my bathroom door Dislikes: -for the price I wish they had more metal on them -the width is nice, but I’d also like maybe a couple inches more height on these mirrors too

It works very well. I have been cutting my hair for awhile now, but I've always had trouble seeing the back and sides of my head. I was skeptical of this item at first, but once I installed it, if I could even call it an install (it was so easy!) I learned how easy it would be to cut my hair. The mirrors are bright and clear. ONce I removed the film I was impressed with the flawlessness of the glass. The battery last a considerable time. Just be sure to charge it every so often. It doesn't take long. What I enjoy about the mirror is I can bring it anywhere! Literally any door will do! I even use it on my glass shower door. it hangs just fine. Overall I'm very impressed with this mirror.
