Good calue , especially on subscription.

I am not someone who tends to gush over the items I buy. Nevertheless, it bears saying that I'm an unabashedly huge fan of this product. After much research, I believe this is by far the best, as well as my favourite, vegan omega-3 supplement on the market, especially ever since they removed carrageenan from its capsules. The current formulation has no taste, has an easy texture and a fun new orange colour, and contains nutrients I need to support a healthy whole-food plant-based diet and pregnancy. Not sure I fully understand the benefits of DPA over EPA, but I'll suspend disbelief given its contribution to the recent blessed absence of brain fog from my life. I was almost inconsolable when there was an interruption in the availability of this product on this site, but I am assured that it will continue to be available in the UK. Also, Freshfield's customer service is top-notch in terms of support, clarity, and whimsical sense of humour. Very grateful for the benefits of this supplement, and very happy to continue my devoted subscription.

No fishy repeats at all, and my joints feel so much better. Pain in my knee when walking has actually disappeared. I’d tried actual fish oil capsules in the past but the fishy repeats made me incredibly nauseous, so these vegan ones are a godsend.

Im using it for the last 15 days. After watching seaspiracy on flix, can’t really buy fish omega 3 anymore, this is more expensive but i think It’s worth it

Excellent quality and vegan!

It's great to have a vegan-friendly source of Omega 3 & as you may expect, these capsules are largely flavourless & easy to swallow. The only downside is they contain Carrageenan - once degraded, Carrageenan can cause inflammation (it's used to induce inflammation in animals for experimentation purposes) & colon cancer, so I'll be keeping a close eye on the 'use-by' date! To me, these capsules seem to be on the expensive side but then vegan-friendly supplements do generally seem to be rather pricey at the moment.

Bought this several times before. Good vegan organic omega-3. Easy to swallow. If it leaks, smell not pleasant. There's no taste, and that is good. Being vegan you do have to pay a bit much more. It's worth it.
