I am reaching retirement age, and sometimes experience difficulty sleeping and lack of libido. Decided to try this after reading various studies. Immediate results are astounding for me. I felt a little "spaced" after 1 tablet about 3 hours later. This carried on for about 24 hours, I slept deeply, and felt rejuvenated. I am not sure that is working

Most pregnenolone cones in 100mg which is too high for most people. This dose of 30mg is my sweet spot and compliments the bio identical HRT. Much better quality sleep since taking there and slightly improved cognitive function.

This is an exciting find It has made me less tired already

So far so good. Taken now for 2 weeks and they have improved my sleep quality. Much deeper sleep as opposed to regular waking up. Feel more energetic and focused so so far so good. Will continue and hope this improvement is not just a blip.
