More comfortable than the band that comes with the Embr2 and can easily be washed

Purchased the Embr unit plus this replacement wrist band. The unit didn't work for me and was returned. The replacement wrist band deemed not returnable. So now I have a band in my drawer that doesn't fit anything and a hole in my wallet!

This product is much more comfortable to me than the band that actually comes with the Embr. It was easy to swap out. There was a QR Code I scanned and watched a really quick video tutorial and I was able to swap it out easily. It’s soft, keeps the Embr in place and I highly recommend it!

This is the best purchase I’ve made in years. Truly a game changer. Both the cooling and the heating modes work great. I would suggest this for all women who suffer with temporary body temperature highs and lows.

My device came with a metal band, which is chic-looking, and I like that A LOT, but for day to day (with gym and running outside), I prefer the comfort band which is made of fabric and feels better than the metal when I sweat, so nice to have options.

I needed to be wearing this device while trying to install this band from getting so hot and frustrated. For a product marketed for perimenopausal/menopausal woman, this installation should be much easier. Arthritic and clumsy hands don’t help when needing to manipulate tiny pins. The tiny pins kept popping out and flying across the room. Lots of time trying to find them in my carpet. I gave up on one lost pin and fortunately had the pins from the original strap. If I wasn’t so stubborn, I would have returned it. Finally after 30 minutes, I got it on. The instructional video was zero help too. No clear indication which is the upside/underside of the band. I like the look and feel of this band but it was hell getting it on.

Bought Embr Wave cooling bracelet for a gift for my daughter, she ended up returning bracelet due to product not working.I also bought the Comfort band, when I bought band it said returnable however when she tried to return the band due to her bracelet not working the seller refused to give credit saying that it was not returnable! We explained band was still in box, not opened however they still would not credit account.
