Used it for the first time but Not a single hair got colored even after following each and every step. Literally after 1.pre wash, 2.color wash, 3.shampoo wash and 4.mask wash, these all made me feel like cheated and dumb as my before and after result was exactly the same. Unnecessarily time waste, water waste and money wasted.

Colour came out fine, but left a lot of itching on scalp after the shampoo and conditioner.
