Incredibly potent, lasts a long time
Incredibly potent! An amount less than the size of a match head will sweeten an entire gallon of iced tea or lemonade. At 10,000 times sweeter than sugar, one 25 g packet is equal to 250 kg or 550 pounds of sugar! That's about 138 regular bags of sugar from the store!I recommend diluting it in an eyedropper bottle. I use about a quarter teaspoon of neotame in a 3 oz bottle of water and heated for a 30 seconds in the microwave to help it dissolve. One drop is then equal to about a tablespoon of sugar, or a packet of sugar-free sweetener, for me. I also like the screw off cap, makes it easier to measure little bits out.

Does not taste like sugar to me
This is very sweet, so just a miniscule amount goes a long way. But IMO, it does not taste similar to sugar.

Aftertaste
I diluted it and then diluted it some more, half a teaspoon in 64 oz, still too sweet. Also has a rather nasty aftertaste, better off using nothing in my tea. This is not for me.

Good Quality
Highly concentrated powder. A pea sized amount in an 8 ounce squeeze bottle with water was about right. This package is about 1/2 the size of a typical cell phone and would fit in your palm.

Holy moly so strong and exactly what I am looking for to use in my lip balm recipe
I tried a bit on my tounge with a toothpick and holy moly this is strong! I am very pleased as it will be the new sweetener in my lip balm recipe as long as it disolves in hot oil/beeswax. Other sweeteners are very hard to incorporate as the volume required makes them sink the bottom. I am pretty sure just a 1/8 tsp will be more than sufficient to sweeten a batch of 50 lip balms.

Good when used sparingly
I cannot tolerate any sugar alcohols, sugar, honey, or any other sweeteners but somehow my system accepts this. I mix tiny amounts in filtered water and store in a Sweet and Low bottle with the drop dispenser top. That gives me the right amount of sweetness taste for my yogurt. A very little goes a very long way.

Unsure about usage
Not sure how to account for the loss of volume in my baked goods with this sweetener. Since it is the most potent sweetener on the planet, you must be careful using it. Probably was created for a more industrial application, rather than for a home baker.

No aftertaste if used carefully
I have tried EVERY single substitute on the market and for my personal keto coffee creamer workaround, this is far and away the best valeu for the money.Several thousand times sweeter than sugar ,without the bitter aftertaste or cooling mouth effect of some alternatives. The biggest to adjust to is to use sparingly.A little goes a long way, but it is worth it once you dial in the proportions.
