First of all, the packets the little bullets to insert were wrapped in a very difficult heavy plastic to get to open. Then, struggling more, the product started to melt and I then could not insert them. I was very disappointed.

It works as well as the major brand.

I got these when I ran out of the store-brand version of the big Preparation brand with an applicator. I thought suppositories might help more since using the applicator (really, more the cleaning of the applicator) is a hassle. These are softer than I thought, messier. I realized after the first couple uses that I needed to keep them in the fridge. Honestly, when they're cold they provide relief not only with the ingredients, but with the coolness. I just think these are very expensive for the number in the package. The fact that they're so liquidy if unchilled make them impractical to keep in my purse. If you're squeamish about inserting these with your fingers, you might want to look elsewhere for an applicator since this doesn't include anything like that.

It helps relieve my discomfort

Suppostories were very hard to get out of wraper and most broke I still tried to use to use a broken piece. But to my dismay and unbelief it burned terribly. This needs to be taken off the website! Never to be sold again! And no I will not get my money back! What a ripoff!

I've struggled with these issues since my son was born 8 years ago, and soon I'm going to have them surgically fixed since I'm a lady and I'm not dealing with this anymore. I will try anything and everything to assist as mine are out of control and I need to manually adjust them every time I use the restroom which is ridiculous. I have been really in a flare because of some constipation issues, so this was used during a good time. It seemed to really calm down the inside issues. I was really irritated when I first started trying these and it didn't calm down any external itchiness, but it calmed things down on the inside. You can use them in the morning and at night, and I didn't find that they made me have to use the restroom immediately after which is suppository could actually do. I noticed they are pretty fragile, and it was easy for me to break one and half by accident which I had to just insert into pieces. If it's a little too warm where you are, I would just keep them in the fridge. I have to do that for vaginal suppositories and some creams that just get to runny in warm weather. Don't try to open the plastic when your hands are wet after washing them since it just won't work lol. They didn't help with anal fissures, but I guess I didn't expect them too nor did I expect to have another one that came up this week because of my constipation. So, internal help, yes. External, doesn't seem to.
