22W Led Power Supply 24V 100V-240V AC to 24V DC Low Voltage LED Transformer with 24V JST Ports, Black Dimmable LED Driver for LED Strip Lights and Cabinet Lights

Bought this 48w power supply to accommodate two lead wires pulling 9.6w each. When I plug in one lead the LED strip lights, but when I plug in the second lead the lights flash. This is the result of an overload on the power supply. Pulling 19w should not overload a 48w power supply.VST even bundles the 48w power supply with the 16' light strip, indicating these two products go together.

Despite being labeled as "dimmable", it does not dim when connected to a Lutron dimmer switch.Also, the text describes the connectors as JST, but my JST connectors wouldn't fit. I was able to use Dupont connectors though. It did power the strip once connected, just wouldn't dim. Waiting to see if there's a response and I'm missing something.

Once I got the right wattage for my install I was fine. Like my title says, I can find on Amazon, the manufacturer page or anywhere a 3 pin controller for this which would provide more control ability and flexibility hence the low score

Bought this VST 48 W Power Supply and a VST 48 W LED strip together. I connected the two and plugged it into my outlet based on the configuration provided and it does nothing. I tried multiple outlets. I tried every pin on the power supply, but the lights refused to turn on.I reached out to VST's customer service. Their response was filled with typos, grammar mistakes, and broken English. Their response could be summed as "You have bought the correct products. Thank you. Please buy more."

intermediate cables do not fit. what is the correct part number for intermediate cables?

Individual ports started failing after less than a year of use. Only 3 of the ports are working now.
