No longer adhesive
I used this product earlier and reordered it. The new batch is barely adhesive. While my mask keeps the pad in place fairly well, if I have a rough night, it will move. It often loses the seal. It also stretches quite badly. Disappointing. Will not order, again.

They listened sort of
I wrote up a review yesterday after one use to see what had been said about this product - because I thought if I had missed the important points, it was my own fault for buying it. There were complaints about the product not being sticky enough, so not staying in place or being hard to position. The solution the sellers came up with was to put glue or two sided tape(?) on one side of the pad. Because everyone knows that gluing something to your face will help the skin!? I'm guessing it's a newer development, but I could be wrong. In any case, if I looked at those reviews before buying (and maybe I did), that complaint would not have stopped me from buying - because I use a BIPAP and I need liners and nasal pads to protect my face and keep a seal with the high pressures. No problem with slippage. I also leave the mask on once I get it on and only detach the hose in the night because it's a pain to get everything together and in the right place - I have learned to use nasal pads whether they are tacky or not. And I say "tacky" NOT "sticky" for a reason. Yes, it's easier to get the mask on with a tacky gel pad. Silicon pads tend to be tacky all by themselves without help until they collect the oil from your face. The assist of glue seems a bit extreme to me, but might help those whose pressures are not enough to keep the pads on without it - though I doubt most people's skin can survive the lack of breathability throughout the night that the glue provides. The other concern I had all along with these pads is storage. They are supposed to last 3 weeks and have a thin plastic sleeve, albeit with a mounting board for the sticky side. I was almost hoping that the glue washed off yesterday but - no - even though it felt clean and off after washing, when I went to use it last night, it was back to being like two sided tape again. I have a storage package from an extremely used Gecko Pad and will see how the pad bears up over time - once I have given my nose an opportunity to recover from two nights of glue stuck to it all night.

I guess they work
I thought based on what I read that the tabs should have been sticky when putting them on my face, but they are not. I find if I don't cut them down to size that sometimes during the night they have shifted, it would be nice to have an option for small, medium, large and for them to actually affix to your face so they do not move around under the mask. The only thing I find it sticks to is the clear plastic it came on.
