The best part of this system was the quality of the ...
One of the features missing is a button to quickly start a recording when there is something happening of importance. Using the mouse is far too much of a problem for the features that should be available with the push of a button as the other two systems I'm used. The best part of this system was the quality of the picture but I returned it due to the above and lack of documentation and other things things listed above. I emailed the manufacturer over a week ago and never got an answer. I was hoping to find a PDF on their web site with better documentation and there was none. Too many other complaints to list.

I have the Bechol 1080HD 4 CAM system with 500G HD and 12" screen. One cam gave me an issue, but they replaced it and the system is working fine. Their support is really good and friendly. I have this unit running for about 6 month without issues. Not sure why the other user has issues with the APP, but mine works fine. I can see all cams from a remote location (like when on vacation, even when I was in the Caribbean, I could see the CAMS just fine, and could see an Amazon delivery being made and left behind the gate as instructed). It is also really nice to have the 12" screen show all the CAMs at once, easy to keep an eye on things. Best thing, it uses it's own WiFi, so there is no traffic on your own WiFi. I did hard wire the unit to my router.

Disconnects all day long. Worst system ever.
UPdate: 6/11/19: System keeps initializing. Don't know why. Paid well over 200 dollars for this and have had nothing but problems. Really disappointed and feel cheated out of our money. UPDATE 2: I've updated again on 7/1 to downgrade to one star and think I'm going to return as that window closes. BUT BUT BUT the APP is horrible. Absolutely horrible and has a good shot of not connecting. And there's no point in having a system if you can't monitor it while away from home.
