I buy this product for my sister to help her gain wt. At times my sister weighs 94 pounds and has a difficult time eating but is able to drink and keep this down as It does not upset her stomach. This 8oz size bottle has 240 calories,10grams of protein and 27 vitamins and minerals. She loves the taste and drinks 2 to3 bottles a day. Its not to filling and does not interfere with her meals when she is able to eat. Adding this to her meals helps her bring her weight up to a whopping 99 pounds. It’s a great product and it’s reasonably priced.

Vanilla boost!
If it's hard to maintain your appetite, this is for you. The taste is really really good also good if your trying to gain weight. I recommend 3 a day with a good meal.
