No. The product will wash off when you take a shower. This means that the product can last up to 48 hours if needed.

Does it leave white residue?

Yes, the deodrant is white, not clear. The residue is minimual, not sticky, and does not clump. It glides on very nicely. I love it; it is the best aluminum-free deodrant I have tried. It smells nice too.
