Sizes are still off, but good if you can get the right fit
I am editing this review as since I left it, the company beister got in touch and were very helpful.I measured very carefully before ordering. All three of my measurements (wrist, elbow and bicep) were smack bang in the middle of the size range given for Medium. So I ordered a medium. When it arrived it was so small I had real trouble trying to even get it on, and when I eventually did, it was so tight it immediately started cutting off my circulation. This is the same, although I have now found out that it works as a great ankle support when slipped on and doubled over, which is fabulous as I hate all the actual ankle supports I've tried bar one (which is a brace anyway).Anyway, I contacted Amazon and they sorted me out with a refund immediately as the given measurements in the listing are very wrong, so do not rely on them to pick a size. Size up at least one size, if not two.Beister contacted me and sent a me an XL to try (so two sizes above my actual measurements), and it's a much better fit, although the compression is now fairly light (don't get me wrong, it's still compressing, just not to the point of being uncomfortable, or worse!). I have also now ordered and received a size L. Please see the attached photo with the XL, L and M laid on top of each other for size reference. There is a big difference between the M and L, but the difference from L to XL is tiny. I have measured the width (at the top) of all three laid out like this and totally unstretched. The Medium measures 12.5cm, the Large is 14.5cm and the XL is 15cm.If you can get the right size, then these have proved to be a really decent quality, non irritating, and non-rolling sleeve (and sock!) And with the company being really on it with their customer service, I hope this information helps you chose the right size, and not have to buy multple sizes like I did.

Brilliant but...
Firstly I would love to say that this item was fantastic. It was challenging to get on due to the tight fit and only one functioning hand. But, it really truly helped. For that I would love to give it 5 stars. However, it loses a star for only being usable for 3 days. I would not have purchased it if I had known that in advance. And another star lost as it works out at £5 a day and then never use again. If you have access to medical care and can live with only using it for a maximum of 3 days, then this is for you.Sadly, I don't have access to medical care and needed something I could put on when the pain was too bad, and take it off when it was more manageable over a longer period of time. So, for me, it didn't do the job. But it was brilliant for 3 days ✨

Size and pressure, perfect!
Product is amazing! Obviously need to measure your own arm before buying but I'm very happy I got this. I struggle with pain 24/7. Very few things help and this is one of them!!!

Appears that this may help with oedema?
I purchased this arm sleeve after I had a mastectomy and full lymph node removal. For some women after the operation, there is a chance of oedema, (Fluid build up) in the arm next to the removed breast. So I purchased this as a "just in case item". The price was very reasonable.I have not actually had any swelling yet 🤞so have not had the need to use it for that purpose.I have tried it on and left the sleeve on for several hours. It is very tight, as its supposed to be, but not so tight that it restricts the blood flow or movement, which you must keep an eye out for.The length of the sleeve happens to be slightly too long for my arm. I am only 5'1", so I fold the top of the sleeve over.As I can not comment if this works for oedema or not, it is hard to say to buy it for that purpose? However, I wear this arm sleeve every time I have the need for an injection or blood test, so it reminds me to NOT left anyone inject a needle into that arm! As any needle could cause an infection in the arm where the lymph nodes have been removed. Any infection could be severe? Not only that, but oedema can start after being given a vaccination on that side too!!!! It's just another way of helping to remember things like that. You can not rely on medical staff reading or knowing your medical history. Also, not all nurses seem to be aware of the dangers of injecting a person who has no lymph nodes. That's what I have found anyway.I would say that the sleeve seems like it could helping with swelling?
