Q: How to reset the camera if I can not connect with it or it is offline ? I am sure my signal is 2.4G

No need to turn off the 5Ghz band. The camera will connect to your 2.4Ghz band.

Q: Helping a disabled person who does not have wifi nor internet. Can this work directly to their tablet's wifi?

Not supported. Even after your friend's tablet turns on the hotspot, you still need the app on your phone to operate the connection to the light bulb camera.

Q: I cant pan the camera or move it what am i doing wrong?
