Only the ubiquinol we use. Apparently it works. Our Doctor found no problems with it. Used for years. Can find deals on it at Sams Club and Amazon occasionally.

Found this to be a great supplement, reputable brand and does not cost an arm and a leg. Great quality product.

I have been taking the Qunol brand of Ubiquinol (the active form of Coenzyme Q10) and have been very pleased with the product. Based on my direct experience with this supplement, I really like the following: 1. Qunol is a reputable company and their supplements have proven to be quality made and consistent. 2. The ONLY active ingredient is Ubiquinol. Many other supplements out there have multiple active ingredients. 3. While the capsules are not small, I have experienced no difficulty swallowing them. Also, I have not experienced any side effects from this supplement. I am personally taking this product as a good general antioxidant which has clinical data showing benefits for cellular protection, heart health, etc. Of course, I encourage everyone to do a little research on the supplements you are interested in based on your own needs. These softgels are twice as big as some brands and seem to have more ingredients. I took my first one today so haven't had time to test their efficacy or to see if I will have side effects.

My Cardiologist and Endocrinologist both had advised that I should start taking either a CoQ10 or Ubiquinol supplement. However, it was strongly suggested that it would better if I could take Ubiquinol — I was told that it’s the already broken down form of CoQ10 and you don’t have to worry about if your body will do it properly. After my doctors had ran some labs on me, It was found that some of my important levels were not terrible, but a bit low. I'm in my mid-years, and I used to be a very active person outside. But, as my life had changed over the years, I find myself spending more time inside now. As being as such, it wasn’t surprising to learn that some of my levels had begun to suffer. As directed by my doctor, I started taking a Ubiquinol Supplement daily — Qunol brand softgels. After about a month, low and behold, I was starting to feel better than I had in a really long time. I stated to have more energy, I wasn't falling asleep during the day anymore, and I was able to do my daily exercises with a bit more ease. I was told it's going to take a while to get things back to normal, but I can definitely tell its working. Ubiquinol tends to help your body with your cardiovascular system, brain health and energy productivity, immune health and overall body health. The Qunol brand Ubiquinol Supplement seems to be offered at a similar or better price as most others on the market. However, Ubiquinol can a bit pricey compared to regular CoQ10, so discussing it with your doctor can be beneficial to your needs. This is a great supplement that is easy to swallow by mouth, however, it can be a bit large for some. Always ask your doctor before deciding to start or stop any type of supplement regimen. Listening to my doctors about needing to take specific supplements has really turned my life around.

One softgel with breakfast, no aftertaste or burps. After a couple weeks, my stamina's up—I can power through errands without crashing by lunch. No side effects, even on my sensitive stomach. Been taking it a month now, and it's like a quiet boost that lasts. Easy daily habit, will keep going.

Good supplemental addition to my vitamins…. If you’re not doing well they help to give energy. But so did cutting out all meat products too. Food has chemicals so did a 180 and cut out garbage food.
