Will this remove oily food stains after the garment has been laundered??

Usually. Sometimes I have to run it through a 2nd time, but most stains come out on the first try. I have been using this for 25 years and had only 2-3 old stains that did not come out after being laundered already. To be sure, I do not put the garment in the dryer after washing, so if the stain isn't completely out it doesn't get set in.

Can it be used in a spry bottle?

There is not very much product in these little bottles and it does not seem to be concentrated. I did not find that it works any better than other fat and oil cleaners like Spray and Wash. In fact it didn't work well for me at all. I do however, really like Carbona's Ink remover!

This did not work for salad dressing stain. What actually works to get a salad dressing stain out?

It works for me on cooking and salad dressing oils. But I found it works best if after squirting Stain Devil liberally on the spots, I rub it into the material well with my fingers. Then I throw the garment in the hamper at least overnite (or longer) before laundering. If I try washing the garment immediately the stain does not always come out and I will have to repeat the treatment.

The Carbona Stain Devil I use the most is the Fat & Oil one. I have used this product for well over 10 years and saved MANY blouses, T-shirts, skirts and trousers by being able to remove grease and oil stains. Actually there isn't a single one of their various Stain Devils I have not used and love. These little devils has saved literally dozens of items in my wardrobe. THE BEST STAIN REMOVER FOR ALL STAINS!!

I have know about these unique & very powerful small bottles of various stain removers from Germany for many yrs!! NOTHING BEATS CARBONA AS FAR AS STAIN REMOVERS!!! NOTHING!! I 1st found this product when I lived & worked in Europe for 7.5 yrs!!! I found it in NYC where I now live, a few yrs after I came back to the states. It is nice to see it on AMAZON & so easy to buy direct from them. The 2 bottles I often use are the cooking oil & fat as well as fruit & wine stain removers, but there are many more varieties of stain removers from Carbona that are equally as good too....follow the directions closely bc it is very powerful & contains active ingredients.....you do not want to possibly lift the color in the fabric, so do not leave on the fabric too long to soak the stains & then forget about it. They are small bottles & a little in them, thus on the more expensive side for the amount you get in each bottle, but that is okay bc IT IS THE BEST & must be used sparingly. I have saved many pieces of my wardrobe bc all other stain removers never got the stains out COMPLETELY. WELL WORTH THE COST!!Karen Powell

Works great

I absolutely love this stain remover for getting out grease stains. I got bacon grease on my blouse when I was frying bacon one day. Used this and voila stains were gone. Used it on other grease and oil stains, works every time.
