Spicy and Works Great!
I have used it on ox tail, chicken, pork, fish and all taste great. My only complaint is that it needs more salt, but brining the meat takes care of that.

Best jerk marinate
This is an outstanding product. I'm horrible at cooking lamb chops but this absolutely made me seem like a genuine Jamaican chef.

Great authentic jerk flavors
The best most authentic jerk marinade that I've been able to find, good heat and fantastic flavor.

Pretty good.
Folks, this stuff is HOT, HOT. Not really what I call the true Jamaican flavor but it is a good paste.

Best marinade ever
My wife’s family is Jamaican and I discovered this once on my visit to Jamaica. It’s the most well know of the jerk seasonings and some locals prefer another brand but for me this stuff is the best and easy to get stateside. I do wish their mild was more mild, this was a medium, and then hot remained hot. It’s too spicy for my wife which is funny since her side is Jamaican. Put this on ribs and it’s the best rib seasoning I’ve ever used and I’m from Alabama and South Carolina where rib cooking is a religion.

Buy it
Omg THE BEST jerk seasoning you can buy. A little goes a long way. Went to 5 local stores before thinking about Amazon thought it would cost more but it’s the exact same price. I’m a happy camper

My Husband would marry me again for this!!!
I just have a lack of words for this. Ok, it might be a little salty, but it still is the most amazing blend ever!!! Chicken, salmon, veg, potatoes....basically anything you want to eat, slather this on it. You're supposed to slather it and let it set, but if I don't plan ahead, I just do it (I won't say "slather" again, because I've never used that word so much before, but, honestly, it's a great word) and cook immediately. Seriously, it's hard to describe how good this is!
