Effectiveness
I cannot take more than one tablet against the recommendation of two because it creates constipation. Also, I wanted to suggest that if salmon fish should be the part of ingredients, instead of other kind of fish, would be better for brain/memory.Also, I would be happy, if it is under $20 or less specially for the seniors, in affordable price.Thank you
