I recently discovered Bread Beckers and Sue Becker (look her up on YouTube!) and immediately bought a grain mill after having been carnivore for 2+ years with drastic healing but not feeling quite right nor fully healing. Within 2 weeks consuming bread products made from freshly milled wheat my health is on track. I am so grateful! This wheat is perfect! Ordered through Amazon since I missed a coop order from cutoff date. These were perfect, and arrived just in time.

I am so glad I decided to trying milling my own flour. These wheat berries are a great quality and taste! My next purchase will be the white wheat berries. Sourdough is well loved in my kitchen and the flour made strong starter!

I used to buy wheat by the bag at our health food store. This arrived in a big cardboard box .. it was hard to maneuver though, because the inner box was 2/3 the size and it was shifting back and forth inside the box. So, be aware that the weight shift can be interesting to handle. Once we opened the outer box ... we found that the inner box was in bad shape, leaving part of the lid fully exposed. But the tub itself survived without any issue. It's a tough bucket, though shorter than I expected. It should handle being bumped and even being used as a stool. Very sturdy case. I was surprised that it showed no signs of its obvious difficult delivery. It is advertised as being tough enough to hold up .. and I believe it. Case has 25 pounds of nice looking wheat inside. Air tight and will store for quite a while.
