easy install, stays in place and a lot better than the adhesive type that slide off that we tried first.

Way better than those stick ons that fall off! Easy to install when your furniture already has a hole drilled.. I just removed the chair bottoms they came with and screwed these in the same hole. They were one of the few here that were brown, why so many gray?? Weird. So the color is a huge plus.They are sturdy and now my chairs glide so nicely on our hardwood floors. Perfect!

I've tried stick on chair felt (which always didn't stay in place) and nail in plastic guides (which did not slide smooth on my tile.) These were perfect. They were easy to install (I didn't drill pilot holes though). I think they will last a very long time and they will stay in place. The brown color was perfect for my wood chairs.

Product worked well for needs. Smaller than they appear in picture. Be careful with screws, low grade metal that will strip easily.

I had nail on pads that had worn out on my wood kitchen table chairs. I was looking for chair leg pads that wouldn't scratch my Ceramic Tile and would allow the chair to move easily and not make noise. I was also concerned that I would have to patch the hole made by the nail on pads to get a tight fit. These screw on pads were perfect and fit tight with no patch because the screw was bigger than the nail hole. Easy to install with my electric screw driver. I like the dark brown color on my wood chairs. I had all six chairs done in less than an hour. Very happy I found these and would definitely recommend them.

Have a 15 year old, eight seat dining room table that came with cheap plastic protectors! A drill, screwdriver, and 45 minutes later these new protectors have my chairs floating across the hardwood floors.

These are a game changer compared to the cheap little plastic pads installed by the manufacturer of our chairs. I hadn't thought much about this pads until we refinished our wood floors. We didn't want to re-scratch and dent the floors after spending $$ to sand and poly the floors. Installed these little guys on every chair and WOW they slide with ease. And, the weight distribution is now less than 50 psi per pad versus over 200 psi for the little plastic pads I replaced so there isn't as much weight in any one location to minimize future scratching.I do find it disingenuous of reviewers to downgrade the reviews because of size differences with their chairs or wear patterns. It isn't the manufacturer's fault that you selected the incorrect size. And, the pads are ideal for smooth flat surfaces not for rough stone or tile. As with any product you should occasionally check the wear patterns since every person has a different weight distribution and different floor roughness will wear down any pad. Everything will eventually wear out. Not a question of if, but rather of question of when.Installation recommendation: You want to avoid splitting the chair legs so use an 1/8" drill bit to start a pilot hole before driving these screws into each leg. Using a battery powered drill and Phillips head driver bit will only require a couple of minutes per pad to install. The existing plastic pads many not be installed correctly so take your time as necessary as locate the hole in the actual center of each leg to make sure the legs are balanced. The brown color worked well on chairs with brown and black legs and aren't noticeable if sized correctly and not be larger than chair feet dimensions.

I used the stick-on type felts and was constantly replacing them….installed these and never an issue. I would highly recommend…

I used them to raise our dining room table a bit so captain chairs will fit under. 👍 I had some left so I screwed them into the bottom of my shoes to make me taller for a date.

Predrilled a small hole on the chair legs and screwed in the pads. So far there working great.
