Perfect size

Doesn't fit a large full chicken very well. But roasts well and cleans easily

Perfect size for two people

The smallest turkey I could find was just under 20lbs. This meant I couldn’t use my normal dish I use for cooking a turkey in, and 3 days before Thanksgiving (and on a money crunch) I purchased this one. I measured the bird before placing the order for this pan. I was initially disappointed at the size, thinking there is no way this would work (and no, the lid does NOT cover this size of a bird). My first reaction was to return it, but I needed something to cook the turkey in. I took a chance and it worked well. I normally do not use a roasting rack nor do I roast vegetables with the turkey, nor do I cover the turkey while it cooks, so having no rack helped the bird fit in the pan.I used coconut oil spray to spray down the pan before placing the turkey in. The turkey fit, cooked well (the meat was moist despite how done it looks in the picture) and the pan did not catch on fire, like another review stated. It hand washed well after use with soap, water and a gentle scouring sponge. I was a little nervous pulling it out of the oven after the turkey was done, it felt potentially like the handles weren’t going to stay attached. But, they did. It did it’s job.

I used this for a turkey breast. The size was perfect and can be used with or without the lid for cooking. Easy to clean and doesn’t take a lot of space to store.

Both parents and grand parents had one. Great for cooking all sorts of meals. Easy to clean and cooks evenly. Definitely a must have for every kitchen.

Had to return this as it was not as deep as the picture shows

This was described as a “16 inch roasting pan”. Well, the interior dimension is 13”. It does just barely get to 16inches when you add the dimensions of the handles. This description is misleading at best. The roaster is also quite shallow and the top is even shallower. It might fit a chicken. Maybe.

Awesome just what I was looking for. They however used to be much cheaper.

Just the right size for the one or the two.Fairly easy to clean.

It looks OK it is fairly small. Might be good to make something for one person if that.

Only 3 uses, hand washed and there is a chip in the coating and no way to contact the seller
