I’ve had something like SIBO/IBS, or some other undiagnosed gut issue for about my entire life. I’ve tried a lot of stuff, and this probiotic has been the only thing to help. Not only does it help with regularity, motility, bloating, etc, but it actually just solves it. I mean completely solves it. I take one in the morning, one at night. Morning is usually without food, night is usually with food, neither causes problems or reduces effectiveness.

This worked for me and helped me get back to eating onion, garlic and peanuts. However, by the third month, I started developing gastric issues that’s so painful I’m losing sleep. As a short term relief, this product can be used but not beyond two months.
