Firman W03081 3300/3000 Watt Recoil Start Gas Portable Generator cETL and CARB Certified

I’ve read a few complaints about this generator,, I guess there’s a few bad ones out there (or operator’s). When it arrived I removed it from the box put the pre-measured oil that they give you in the generator, filled it with gas and one pull it started. Put a load it right away and it worked flawlessly.Save yourself some money on this great value.

Unit seems to well buil and easy to operate. The Firman , after putting oil and gas in was easy to start. This unit was purchased to run a travel trailer and does so well. WHAT i did notice was that the unit seemed to be louder than advertised. And yes, after checking with a dcb meter it is louder than what is advertised. when I call Firman to ask about this I was told that each unit was checked at factory before they left. NOT sure about that as they show up at your doorstep WITH OUT oil in them. Can't see them putting oil in and them draining it. My meter showed it running at about 70-73 dcb. This is a nice unit and I will keep it. slightly louder dcb should not be a big concern.

Easy to operate and maintain. Dependable and quiet and starts on 1st pull. Looks good and very solid. We store with a cover in garage and when we camp without plug in power. Tops off batteries and does the job. Great price!!

The generator seems to struggle in eco mode but thats when its alot quieter but even then its still way louder then expected ive heard other inverter generators and they are way quieter then this one not in eco mode its just as loud as my 8 thousand watt firman generator so not thrilled i bought it specifically because of noise level

Do not buy went camping for the second time using this generator started fine worked for about 10 min then spudder out wouldn’t start again in 101 temp pretty much ruined our camping trip come to find out spark plug cracked tryed contact company directly during the day on Monday no answer so buyers beware don’t buy this 700 hunk of junk

Works great! It isn’t loud at all. I’m very happy with this brand. My friends I was camping with, were pretty impressed on how quiet it was

This Generator is perfect for home and camping. It starts right up and the fuel lasts a long time. The unit is very quiet. I like it a lot.

Use this to power my 25’ trailer when camping off the grid. Very easy to start, use and easy on gas. Much louder than expected. No fuel gauge is a serious fault.
